Leaks, animal infestation, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and any other sort of damage.

Wood, walls, floors, windows, doors, tile, stairs, etc.
I especially like taking on the stuff that others in my profession avoid: the difficult to solve problems, the ones thought not possible.

Shower wall. Trough drain with integrated air uptake to dry-out shower between uses. Here, all components fit into a 4" thick plumbing wall for living space considerations. Normally, plumbing walls are at least 5-1/2" thick without venting for air.
